Teaching social skills to students is the foundation for achievement and success. It is as necessary as academics.

Matt Williams, Assistant Principal, Phoenix AZ, Boys Town Partner since 2011

In the first quarter of 2023, an online training platform for Well-Managed Schools will be introduced, allowing faculty and support staff to access proven techniques and tools at their convenience. This updated training option offers self-paced, brief modules with practical strategies through instruction, video examples, activities, and a follow-along learning journal.

Every educator in your school can now benefit from Boys Town training with ease.

This platform is the first of many programs that will be launched throughout 2023 on our new on-demand system.

Boys Town conducted a national survey to understand the challenges and effective approaches to implementing social and emotional learning (SEL) and positive behavior intervention and support (PBIS) programs in K-12 schools.

The survey aimed to identify if educators are facing more or fewer challenges, if SEL and PBIS programs are useful in helping students adjust to in-person learning, and the key factors that affect the successful implementation of these programs.
